About the event
The Art of Presence is a free, community-centered wellness experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself through intentional movement, sound, and creative expression. Hosted by Paint N Sit ATL, this experience blends mindfulness and art to create a space where healing and self-expression can exist together.
The Art of Presence began last June, and we are grateful and privileged to continue expanding this programming, allowing us to serve even more of our community in meaningful ways.
Each month, we will feature different wellness instructors, bringing unique practices and energy into the space, allowing the community to experience a variety of healing modalities and perspectives.
What to Expect:
• Gentle Yoga (2 PM – 3 PM): A grounding, all-levels flow focused on breath, mobility, and releasing tension in the body
